Ripaille Castle

By its size and history, Ripaille is one of the most beautiful sites in the region. Built in 1434 by Duke Amédée VIII, a Carthusian monastery in the 16th and 17th centuries, Ripaille Castle was the second residence of an industrialist from 1892 onwards. It was a place of power and religion before being dedicated to the arts and the "art of living". Visiting Ripaille is like reliving all these stories.

Located on the shores of Lake Geneva, the Municipal Beach offers you a unique space for sport, relaxation and leisure in an exceptional site surrounded by pines and a three-hectare flowered park. 3 heated swimming pools including an Olympic pool. Maison des Arts du Léman - House of Art

Excenevex beach is the only natural beach with fine sand on Lake Geneva. Rovorée Estate

The residence of La Châtaignière, rises on an estate of 24 hectares of meadows, centuries-old chestnut trees, remains of the medieval fortified town of Rovorée, and wooded areas bordering the lake shore for more than 1 km allowing varied views of Lake Geneva. Every summer, a free temporary exhibition is offered.

Palace of nations

AN AIR OF PEACE AND A WIND OF FREEDOM BLOW ON THE CITY. Built between 1929 and 1936, the Palais des Nations houses the European headquarters of the United Nations and is, after New York, the largest center of the United Nations. More than 25,000 delegates are welcomed each year and many works of art are on display. In addition, the Palace opens its doors daily for exciting guided tours!

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum in Geneva is a magnificent museum that has been advocating humanitarian engagement for 30 years for a better understanding of the history, activities and humanitarian challenges of the world.

Coppet Castle

The castle of Coppet is a castle vaudois with foundations dating from the thirteenth century, which has seen several periods and several occupants. A period however is illustrated by its wealth and the fame of its residents, Jacques Necker and his daughter Germaine. The one that will become the famous Madame de Staël remains to this day an inseparable figure of the castle and the whole Lemanic basin.

Museum of the Swiss Leman

Prangins Castle

Located between Lausanne and Geneva, on the shores of Lake Geneva, Château de Prangins is surrounded by a five-hectare estate consisting of a park, a pre orchard and the largest historical vegetable garden in the country. The site, the French-speaking headquarters of the Swiss National Museum, is a privileged place for excursions and exhibitions, combining culture and nature.

Nyon's beach

Perfectly landscaped, the Nyon beach is appreciated by both locals and summer visitors who come to rest there, stroll with the family or have a drink with friends.

Harp island

Harp Island is an artificial island on Lake Geneva located in the territory of the Waldensian municipality of Rolle. On the fringes of the construction of the current port, from 1837 onwards, the idea of an island that would combine the function of wavebreakers with that of a monument in memory of Frederic-César de La Harpe, who died in 1838, was developed. Today, the island is a cultural and architectural symbol of the city of Rolle.

"Bains des Dames"

In an idyllic and romantic setting, this small beach, located on the south bank of the Bourg de Saint-Prex, has the advantage of being totally protected from the wind. Access to the Bain des Dames beach in Saint-Prex: next to the medieval village, at the end of Rue du Vieux-Collège.

Morges Castle

A Savoyard fortress at the end of the 13th century, the castle of Morges was recovered by the Bernese during the conquest of 1536. Transformed into an arsenal by the authorities of the Canton of Vaud in 1803, it became a museum of military history in 1925. Today, the "Château de Morges and its museums" welcomes locals and tourists to 5 different museums.

Vidy Beach

Also known as Le Bourget Park Beach, Vidy Beach is simply the largest beach and the largest green area in Lake Geneva. A real bowl of lake air just a few fathoms from Lausanne.

Le Flon district

Le Flon is a modern district in the centre of the city of Lausanne, known as the Quartier du Flon. It is located in the basin of the valley filled with the eponymous river. A Mecca for Lausanne's nightlife, this district is also a place of urban life with terraces, commercial and leisure signs. The area is essentially pedestrian.

Ouchy's docks

Although they are by far not the oldest - Lausanne was even behind the other cities in Switzerland on the shores of a lake -, the quays of Ouchy are distinguished from other similar developments by the particularly green character of the site in which they are located. Lake Geneva Boat museum

The Museum of Traditions and Boats of Lake Geneva is housed in the 16th century castle, in the heart of the historic village of Saint-Gingolph, a Franco-Swiss village. It mainly presents objects and documents on the carriage boats, small transport boats, and the boats of Lake Geneva, old loading boats with large and beautiful Latin sails, symbols of the Lake Geneva heritage. It is in Saint-Gingolph that the main construction site for the boats of Lake Geneva was located.

In the late 1870s, Baron de Blonay, then mayor of the city of Evian, bequeathed to the municipality his family castle, for the purpose of establishing a "house of play" worthy of the name. The seigniorial building, with a powerful square tower with a quay, occupies one of the most beautiful lakeside situations. At the heart of the Evian Resort offer, the Casino Evian-les-Bains offers several spaces dedicated to table games and slot machines, five restaurants and bars, dinner shows, and many activities.
