Milk to Cheese Workshop

The workshop "From milk to cheese" enables young ones to get close to the farm animals and milk a goat, and older ones to discover the passion that burns within Rebecca and Jean-Yves. Every morning, after milking their 60 goats, they transform the collected milk into cheeses, including Chevrotin AOP and Tomme de Savoie. Through this workshop you can discuss the trade with them, direct production to understand the mechanisms of the transformation. The children again get stuck in, but the adults are not left out, Rebecca explains how it is possible to make so many varieties of cheese with the same milk. And they simply talk about good food, knowing how to read labels to recognise good products.
From 03/07 to 28/08/2018, every Tuesday between 2 PM and 4.30 PM.
