Fishes from the Lake
True fera, Arctic char, trout, perch fillets and burbot can all be found in Lake Geneva and are all great ingredients for a no-nonsense meal on the terrace or cooked lovingly by the chef.

The Chablais region is big on food and is famous for its local cheeses. Give into temptation and visit a cheese shop, farm shop and cheese ripening centre.
Chablais vineyard
Savoie wines (mostly white wines) are made using 23 different vines which is an impressive variety given the small size of the wine-growing area (just 2200 ha).
